When you install and use the App, we may access and process the following information strictly to provide app functionality:

  • Payment method (Cash on Delivery status)
  • Order items

  • Apply COD charges
  • Enable or disable COD based on price ranges
  • Control COD availability based on products

• Customer Information

  • Customer phone number
  • Shipping pin code

  This information is used to:

  • Verify orders via OTP (One-Time Password) verification
  • Enable or restrict COD based on pin codes
  • Prevent fraudulent or fake COD orders

⚠️ We do not access customer names, email addresses, or payment card details.

How we use customer phone numbers

Customer phone numbers are used only for:

• Sending OTP (One-Time Password) for COD order verification
• Displaying the phone number in OTP message logs within the app for merchant reference and troubleshooting

Phone numbers are not used for marketing, promotional messages, or shared with third parties.

Data storage & security

Data security is of great importance to us. We take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to protect your information so that it is not misused, lost, or accessed in an unauthorized way. All information collected by the app is always securely stored and will be kept for as long as it is required to provide the service.

• OTPs are generated securely and are time-limited
• OTP and verification data are automatically deleted after verification or expiry
• We do not permanently store sensitive customer personal data
• All data transmission is encrypted using secure protocols
